founder and CEO, who brings 15 years of

Dell Computer, Allied Signal, Unisys and QSI
Corporation. He is certified in Six Sigma Black
Belt and Lean Enterprise.

Paul Crockett contributed eight years of dedicated service at Dell Computer in key roles such as customer service, operations, quality,
and development and procurement. This tenure established his ability to drive change and improvement into all levels of the business.
He was jointly responsible for the development of Dell’s Business Process Improvement (BPI) program. BPI extended to the supply
base where $95 million of project based improvement was realized under his direction.
Paul Crockett also served as Vice President of Operations for QSI Corporation and as Six Sigma Design Manager for Allied Signal. At QSI
his responsibilities included manufacturing operations and engineering, procurement, quality, warehouse management, and HR and
finance within the operations team. At QSI he managed the implementation of their six sigma and lean manufacturing programs that drove 2x improvement in productivity and 20% margin improvement. At Allied Signal he managed a ground-up facility development project to drive Lean into every aspect of the fulfillment process.
Paul Crockett currently serves as a directing partner for PHD Capital, a firm specializing in creating a better way to trade for the small
to medium sized hedge funds and brokers. PHD Capital established a co-located IT infrastructure that allowed for sub millisecond execution and lower cost trading platforms.
Paul Crockett holds a mechanical engineering degree from California State University of Fresno and lives with his family in Utah.
